Sales Executive

We have a fantastic opportunity to join the team at Citygate Skoda Watford as a retail car sales executive. We have a vast customer database and huge volume of enquiry, so need an experienced sales executive who can join us and hit the ground running. You must take every customer through our sales process and embrace the new digital world, using iPad and video throughout to maximise every opportunity. A minimum of two years sales experience within the motor trade is essential. We are looking for a proven track record of selling a high number of units, profitably, whilst maintaining a strong F+I performance.

Basic Salary of £12,500- £20,000 (based on sales performance) and a company car with a fuel allowance.
First year OTE £46,650. Experienced people will be looking at an OTE of £68,500.
Please note, a full driving licence is ESSENTIAL and you must be willing to work weekends.

About the role:

This position will require you to maximize every opportunity to sell our exciting New and Used Vehicles to our customers. The role of Sales Executive demands an understanding of an effective sales process, the ability to adapt to the individual needs of our customers and a clear focus on volume and margin objectives. You will be required to maintain an in-depth knowledge of our products and related processes.

Hours of work are Monday to Saturday 8.30am – 6.00pm with one day off during the week and every other Sunday 10am – 4pm.
