What To Expect
Reporting into the Senior Manager, On-board Services & Experiences; the role of On-board Product Manager is exciting and high-profile, at the heart of enabling Services & Experiences for future customers.
As delivery of seamless & frictionless luxury experiences across the end-to-end Customer Journey. You’ll take a leading role in positioning, developing, managing and monitoring specific Jaguar On-board Customer Services & Experiences.
In your role as Onboard Product Manager, Services & Experience, you’ll look to provide our customers with a consistency of end-to-end experience, by defining the experience to maximise customer satisfaction and profitability, minimising complexity of customer experience that will support luxury requirements. You’ll be responsible for the planning and execution, including gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the experience/ product vision and where required, business case, in terms of customer, brand and revenue. You’ll also ensure that the experience/ product supports the company’s overall strategy and goals.
Developing and implementing programme plans to trial, and where required, scale up MVPs and then embed you will position, define, develop, manage and monitor experiences and/ or products, working closely with the Brand, Design, Product, and Engineering teams to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met.
What You’ll Need
You’ll join us with the ability to develop, motivate and lead functional and cross-functional teams both internally & externally alongside this you’ll demonstrate the ability to communicate complex ideas.
Ideally, you’ll have experience in Luxury products, services and experiences as well as an understanding of the digital landscape and channels.
Naturally you’ll be a highly motivated and great self-starter as well as having strong leadership and management skills. You’ll understand the customer journey and have strong networking skills along the way.
You’ll be commercially astute with an ability to anticipate and respond to changes in the industry.
