We’re now looking for an experienced Project Manager to join the team

Job Description

The Project Management team is responsible for the end-to-end management and facilitation of all commercial cross platform content - this can include print and digital content, video, digital ad formats, podcasts, infographics, lead generation, event management and more. We also produce white label content for clients outside of our brands.

This is a client-facing role. As a Project Manager you will be responsible for managing clients and their projects independently, successfully and profitably. You will lead projects from kick- off to final delivery, ensuring all project KPIs are met.

You will manage budgets, communicate and troubleshoot at all stages of the project. You will report internally and externally, with a structured and timely approach that ensures our clients consistently experience the best service levels throughout their campaign.

Internally, you will work with a range of teams to ensure all projects are delivered on time and to scope - this includes the UK and US sales teams, Campaign Management, Ad Ops, Editorial, Design, Dev and the film team. You will also assist the Partnerships sales teams with pitch proposals - this includes ideation, timelines, mock ups and budget estimates

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing the whole project lifecycle, ensuring projects are delivered on time and to
  • scope.
  • Building and maintaining excellent stakeholder relationships both internally and
  • externally.
  • Defining project scope, gathering requirements, agreeing/managing cost, creating
  • project schedules, ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Regular status reporting .
  • Accurate and timely financial management of projects including invoicing.
  • Briefing editorial, creative and development teams.
  • Foreseeing and flagging any issues that may affect production deadlines, quality or
  • profitability of projects.
  • Evaluation and QA of all projects - ensure quality of design/video/creative.
  • Seeking opportunities and generating ideas for clients and advising them accordingly.
  • Scheduling and attending photo / video shoots / events when required.
  • Deputising for other project managers when required.

Qualifications

  • You will have extensive experience in managing projects from inception through to delivery.
  • An interest in the Automotive industry is desired.
  • You will be experienced in both external and internal stakeholder management.
  • You will be a self-starter with a positive can-do attitude.
  • You will be level headed, dependable and calm under pressure.
  • You will be capable of winning the respect and trust of clients and internal teams.
  • You will be able to use initiative to know when to make decisions and when to defer to stakeholders.
  • You will have strong communication skills and experience in managing both clients and internal teams.
  • You will be supremely organised and able to work across multiple projects at the same time.
  • You will be constantly looking for ways to improve the experience for stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of digital campaign tracking and reporting is an advantage
