Your Career As the Business Analyst of INEOS Automotive you will work within a scale-up and fast moving environment. You will be surrounded by a team of experts in their field and be given the autonomy and freedom to develop the role as we grow.

The Role The Business Analyst will work with the e-commerce and sales/distributions teams, conducting research and analysis in order to deliver business & user requirements, epics and user stories. This role will be an essential part of the team delivering the E2E journey blueprint, working towards milestones in the Grenadier journey, including reservations and the launch of the vehicle. This role will support the performance optimisation programme post launch.

For the Business Analyst we are looking for

• Business Analyst experience
• Experience working in digital e-commerce projects
• Detailed analytical abilities, inquisitive nature (not settling until all questions answered and understood)
• Ability to document requirements and process maps
• Ability to provide information to enable product owners and managers to make informed, effective decisions
