Sales Manager

Automotive Auctions is an exciting new online auction platform brought to you by the trusted and prestigious Silverstone Auctions team. They are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to join their growing team based just outside of Leamington Spa.

Duties and key responsibilities include (but not limited to):
• To support and lead the sales team in daily operations including but not limited to customer contact, sales management, valuations and negotiations for the online platform
• Motivate and drive the sales team to achieve their targets
• Handle enquiries and maximise sales opportunities
• Meet own monthly sales targets
• Deliver and manage a positive customer experience

Education, experience, and skills required:
• Experience of managing a sales team, preferably within the automotive industry
• Proven track record of both reaching and exceeding targets
• Excellent numeracy and IT skills
• Ability to motivate a team and lead by example
• Confident with communicating on the phone, by email and in person (both internally as well as with customers)
• Effective time management and planning

Personal specification:
• Motivated and driven
• Strong management and leadership skills whilst being a team player
• Full, clean UK driving licence
