Motorcycle Business Manager

Due to the high demand and growth within the Motorcycle industry, we are looking to recruit a Motorcycle Business Manager, to join our busy Honda motorcycle management team.

To be successful in this position you must have the drive and passion to motivate and inspire the sales team, being adaptable, capable and willing to carry out all roles and responsibilities within the sales department.

Location: Chiswick Honda, 4 Power Road, Chiswick, London, W4 5YT

Hours: Monday to Sunday on a rota basis – between 08:30 and 19:00

Salary: £40,000 to £50,000 OTE p/a

Key responsibilities;

  • Provide an industry leading experience for every Customer
  • Market and actively sell vehicles to maximise sales and ensure all sales targets and KPI’s are achieved
  • Setup and administer Finance and Insurance products
  • Support the sales team, second facing every Customer
  • Negotiate with customers to achieve maximum profitability
  • Assist with the management and motivation of the department
  • Promote sales of accessories and service packages
  • Provide and monitor performance figures, statistics and plans

Requirements:

Skills, experience and attributes;

  • A full UK motorcycle licence is essential
  • Experience in automotive sales is essential, this role will ideally suit someone who is currently in a Senior Sales Executive role looking to take the next step in their career.
  • Be driven to exceed set sales targets and KPI’s
  • IT literate, including knowledge of MS Office
  • Have the ability to lead by example
  • Exceptional interpersonal and team skills
  • Committed to delivering exceptional levels of customer service
  • Experience in a Management Role would be preferred
