Pre School Early Years Deputy Manager

An exciting opportunity to work for an ‘outstanding’ Committee-led Pre-School that, in October, expanded to not only operate from a purpose built building in Maresfield, but also from St. Mary’s Church Hall in Buxted.

You will be employed to work at either site, as and when required, however initially based at the Buxted Site.

You will work as part of a friendly and dynamic team who are committed to supporting one another towards further training and development, whilst supporting children in their care and learning. Ideally you will hold, a relevant Level 3 childcare qualification or above and have experience of working to the Early Years Foundation Stage Framework. Also demonstrating experience in the ability to assist the Executive Early years Manager to provide professional leadership and management of the Pre-School, to help ensure that all children receive the highest standards of care and education. East Sussex Term times only, days of work to be discussed, hours range between 08.00am- 4.00pm. We offer a competitive hourly rate. If study towards a level 3 qualification commenced after September 2015 applicant must hold or be working towards GCSE Maths – Grade C and GSCE English – Grade C as an exit qualification.
