This stunning award winning hotel with Spa and Golf are currently looking for an experienced and creative Head Chef to work with the Exec chef and join the senior management team, and continue to set consistently high standards of food through all outlets. This property already has a solid reputation for serving innovative dishes through a main 50-cover 2 AA-rosette restaurant , busy banqueting trade, with popular afternoon teas.

As Head Chef you will be responsible for the management and development of a brigade of chefs, encouraging their creative input and ensuring positive succession planning. You will be creating quality seasonal menus utilising local produce and encompassing market trends whenever appropriate. As Head Chef you must be able to achieve set food cost targets, along with other budgetary responsibilities and health and safety requirements

Will look at a strong 2 AA-rosette Sous chef looking for a first Head chef position

You must have worked in a commercially focused, quality hotel or restaurant operation to Sous Chef or Head Chef level. You must be able to demonstrate that you have been responsible for a multi outlet dining operation, along with a strong track record of team management and people development. Proven track record of working in 2 AA-rosette kitchens
