Marketing at Hyundai starts with our progressive products and ends with our inspired and delighted customers. As part of the Brand Experience team, you’ll bring the two together through campaigns, physical and virtual manifestations of Hyundai aimed at building and strengthening our brand vision: progress for humanity.

Over the last year, we've innovated and expanded our experiential offering to include physical, live, virtual and hybrid events and are therefore looking to recruit a tech literate Event Coordinator to join our marketing team.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

? 3+ years’ marketing experience with a consumer brand, agency or start-up

? 2+ years’ campaign and/or project management experience

? Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills

? Passion for cars and a strong understanding of the electrification of the automotive industry

? Degree holding college graduate

RESPONSIBILITIES

? Launch and manage two new virtual experiential platforms. With the Brand Experience Manager, lead the implementation of Hyundai’s latest experiential platforms: the Virtual Experience Centre (VEC) and Virtual Showroom. These platforms enable customers, press, employees, and dealers to: immerse themselves in the brand and products at their leisure, attend virtual live-streamed events or product walkarounds or enjoy a hybrid experience, starting by exploring certain areas of the world at their own leisure then heading into a virtual live-streamed event at a specific time. You’ll foster and manage day-to-day relationships with agencies, production partners, and different stakeholders to bring these projects to life to curate and design the content that lives on these platforms.

? Enforce tonality guidelines on how we speak to each audience. On any given day, you could be reading through an external event proposal, reviewing our latest TVC ad, providing feedback on product copy for a specific channel to ensure it is product correct, among other things. Every customer requires a unique approach, whilst still maintaining an overarching consistent brand voice.

? Lead multiple event executions in parallel. With the Brand Experience Manager, facilitate events hosted in the Virtual Experience Centre. This includes but is not limited to organising two annual Business Briefing, multiple large-scale launch events, and 30+ small-group sales events hosted by our dealers. You’ll work with our agency partners from ideation to execution facilitating pre and post event communication, scripting, pre-filming, live production and more.

? Be known across the business as the facilitator of marketing cross-functional communication. Propose, implement and manage new optimised and integrated communication systems for marketing. You’ll work closely with the Website, Media and Tactical coordinators to dismantle silos across various functions in the UK and Europe, and help facilitate the right creative platform for each piece of campaign communication. As an innate people connector with fastidious attention to detail and quality, you’ll work on a range of projects and think strategically, ensuring that all forms of communications and messages are carefully linked together from ideation to completion. You’ll be encouraged to challenge your colleagues constructively to ensure collectively as Hyundai UK, we achieve this objective. You will be empowered to proactively track down and manage multiple inputs from other teams within Marketing, and global stakeholders in Europe and Korea on tight timelines.

? Coordinate financial and legal approval processes. This will be a key responsibility of the role, and will require the ability to work and influence key stakeholders in the business to keep multiple projects on time and on a budget in parallel. Understand the HMUK brand and commercial objectives and track the ROI performance of virtual events against these KPIs.
